UNICEF USA, in its quest to capture the complex and diverse situation of children in the United States in today's challenging environment, was fortunate after an exhaustive search to engage Rain Barrel in conducting an ambitious situational analysis of child rights in the United States -- one of the first of its kind conducted by a UNICEF National Committee. The Rain Barrel team tackled this challenge with incredible professionalism, skill, diplomacy and passion. They went above and beyond to ensure that the report’s data and cutting-edge recommendations would help the organization to make the most strategic decisions around its domestic engagement and advocacy strategy for years to come.

Cartoon Network Latin America

Rain Barrel’s professional involvement over the years has helped us create a robust pro-social program that is both credible and substantive…and is having an impact on the lives of many children and their families in the region. We couldn’t have done it without Rain Barrel.
Barry Koch, Vice President, Cartoon Network Latin America

UNICEF Moldova

Rain Barrel helped us to mobilize a national conversation about how to counter declining immunization rates in Moldova. The company designed a holistic behavior and social change communications strategy that will be implemented over the next four years. The RBC team made an excellent effort to ensure country ownership of the initiative and build the strategy in close cooperation with a wide range of national stakeholders.

Global Partnership to End Violence against Children

Rain Barrel’s support was essential in preparing our global strategy to end violence against children and its child friendly version. How wonderful to work with seasoned writers and creative strategists who bring heart and soul—and good humor—to everything they do!

ECPAT International

ECPAT International — a network of 95 member organizations in 86 countries working to eliminate the sexual exploitation of children — is pleased to recommend Rain Barrel Communications. We have worked with RBC on two occasions, with excellent results in both cases: first, in the development of a global campaign and advocacy strategy to engage with faith-based organizations and second, to provide video coverage of a forum we co-sponsored with the Council of Europe with survivors of childhood sexual exploitation.

In the first case, we are already seeing the fruits of outreach to religious organizations and leaders, thanks to RBC's strategic guidance. In the second, the sensitive and professional videos produced by Rain Barrel's team are being shared strategically for maximum impact while protecting the privacy of the survivors.  The videographer and editor provided by RBC were top-notch in every way.

In addition to the business relationship, we also know several RBC managers from many years of collaboration ... I can attest to their professional excellent and ethical commitment.
