Barbara Kolucki is an educator and trainer with expertise in building local capacity to produce holistic, developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive and inclusive communication for children and adults. She has over 35 years of experience in Asia, Africa, Europe and the USA with organizations as diverse as UNICEF, Sesame Workshop, Rehabilitation International, numerous NGOs and universities. Barbara has pioneered a “Master Class” with local cross-sectoral teams and specialists working with children to develop world-class communication. She has facilitated the production of communication on the topics of early child development, disability inclusion, gender equity, HIV/AIDS and addressing the psycho-social needs of children living in emergencies.
