Who we are

Rain Barrel’s Directors are Paul Hoeffel and Robert David Cohen. We are former senior United Nations communication specialists, professional writers and journalists. We draw on decades of experience and accomplishments across a broad spectrum of communication disciplines and advocacy causes.
