Caroline den Dulk

 

Caroline den Dulk is a senior expert in the fields of advocacy, communication and partnerships in international development with over 30 years of experience in the UN system. She has worked at country and regional level in East and West Africa, and Asia, and in leadership positions at headquarter locations for UNICEF and WFP.

Caroline started her career in UNICEF in the field of social and behavior change communication and has continued to grow her experience to connect across all spheres of influence for equity – connecting the dots between advocacy, strategic communication, and partnerships.

She brings strategic insights and experience in strategic planning and development in these areas and help organizations to maximize their power to engage and influence for change with an equity focus.

Her specialties are in advocacy and communication, strategic facilitation, change management and organisational development.
