Alison Rhodes

 
 

Alison Rhodes is an advocacy and communication consultant with more than 25 years’ experience working with UNICEF and NGOs in Myanmar, Cambodia, Azerbaijan, Bhutan, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Alison’s work revolves around building the capacity of organisations to use the power of strategic advocacy to deliver positive changes for children’s rights. She focuses on how to set an advocacy agenda; how to develop an advocacy strategy; how to analyse the target audiences and key political and public influencers; and how to design tactics to influence those audiences so that they care about the child rights issue and take action.

Alison, a British national, holds a MA in social policy, a certificate in global development management, and is a Newfield Network-trained coach.
