Madhury Maskey

 

Madhuri Maskey is an international development professional with over 24 years of experience working with UNICEF and NGOs in Nepal and Australia. Madhuri has been working in children, women and girls’ rights since 1999, with expertise in social and behaviour change communication, gender equality and prevention of gender-based violence. Madhuri is a passionate advocate for social justice, change and sustainability, and she has managed a variety of programs and projects in mainstreaming human rights and gender equality in programmatic sectors, community and policy levels.

She has a wealth of knowledge and skills across the program areas of adolescent development and participation, child protection, WASH, emergency and disaster preparedness, nutrition, and child survival. Madhuri has a Master’s degree in International Development from La Trobe University, Melbourne and a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Indira Gandhi Open University. She is a Nepali National and resides in Melbourne, Australia.
