Priyanka Rajendram is a public health physician from Singapore with expertise spanning ten years in public health promotion, policy development, content creation and program management. Her work includes social and behavior change communication (SBCC) and entertainment-education(E-E) initiatives.

Working in local and global settings, Priyanka has addressed issues faced by general populations and vulnerable communities including women and children’s health, sexual and reproductive health, mental health, pandemic response, non-communicable diseases, gender-based violence, child marriage and education.

Priyanka is the co-founder of Girlsplained, a non-profit community organization based in the UK that uses SBCC and E-E to support black and brown girls’ sexual health and rights through social media. With interests across medicine, public health, coaching, mentoring, sports, storytelling, filmmaking and writing, Priyanka believes in achieving results through creative thinking and experimentation and building solid relationships through collaborative and participatory approaches.
